There is no doubt about it, baking and creating your cakes ignites my soul, it’s my passion. I eat, sleep and live cake!

I have always loved baking since I was a little girl, where I would spend hours in the kitchen with my Nan. I like to think it was her who inspired me to be where I am today and turn my passion into a full time role.

I use the freshest free range eggs laid by my five hens and three Muscovy ducks that live in my back garden.
